Goals. I have lots and it's time to narrow them down. The biggest one for me is to start taking better care of myself. I am turning 36 in January and, dare I say it, I am starting to feel old. My knees hurt, it takes longer to get up off the floor and I get tired much more easily. What will taking better care of myself look like?
Here are some things that I will include:
- Exercise 5 days a week (3 days at the gym, minimum)
- Greatly reduce my sugar intake
- Stick to a regular sleep schedule (I am SUCH a night owl...this one may be tough)
